Dear Diary,
Today was a good day – worked out and ate well! Biked to work, took the stairs once and ready to enjoy a light beer (only b/c there is 4 leftovers from last weekend!).
Breakfast: the usual
Snack: 1/2 turkey sandwich
Lunch: 1/2 turkey sandwich, The Zone bar
Dinner: roast chicken, light caesar salad, choc milk (only had a few bites for dinner, was full…a lot of protein earlier?? I had a protein bar after the workout to “feed my muscles”)
