Dear Diary

firstpostpicThis is the worst part of deciding to lose weight – weighing yourself and taking your body measurements.  The stark reality of these numbers are often shocking compared to the carefully constructed version of ourselves we create in our mind.  So here it goes….

Weight 165lbs

Height 5’3″

Chest 41 inches and 7/8

Waist 37 inches and 2/8

Hips 44 inches

Thighs 39 inches and 2/8


My plan?  No carrot cake.  No poutine.  Less wine (not completely out yet).  Get some exercise every day.  Bike to work.  Take the stairs more often.  And my gym routines:  30min ellipitcal, 20min weight training at least 3 days a week.

Let’s begin Week 1!
