Oxygen Magazine “Your Super Summer Shape-Up Workout” Critique

JuneFor an at home routine I tried the “Your Super Summer Shape-Up Workout” from Oxygen Magazine’s June 2009 issue.  I tried it and I felt the good burn.  It doesn’t look hard on paper, but with the correct amount of weight you feel the burn and get your heart rate up quick for fat burning.  I think I will keep the Walking Lunge with Curl, the Squat and Press, and the Stiff Legged Deadlift and Row in rotation.  In between sets I do housework to get some cardio and get the chores done!
