Drink Water

I drink a lot of water.  Ask my bf – he’s amazed at how often I need to go.  But you know you are drinking enough water when your pee is clear or PALE yellow.  I read in Men’s Health a while back about the importance of drinking two 8 ounce glasses of water before breakfast.  And last night I read it again in Tosca Reno’s The Eat Clean Diet.  After a night of sleeping your body is starved for water.  Drink up.

    I’ve noticed that drinking a decent glass of water first thing really sets me up for the day. My routine: get up > drink water > shower > breakfast.
