Linda Hamilton got ripped for Terminator 2


Linda got amazingly ripped for T2 in the 90s.  Apparently she “shed 12 pounds of fat with diet and exercise. Her routine included running, biking, swimming, climbing stairs as well as free weights, mini-trampoline drills, walking lunges and abdominal work. They trained six days a week for 3 hours.”  Check out the site below (where I got the info from) for the daily routines.  The clip of her doing chin-ups makes me want to try to master them!

    She got in ridiculous shape – this level of physical conditioning is achieved only through lots of training and a strict diet. While most people may not be wiling to go that far, a least they can TRY to do it.
