Second favorite fitness magazine: Muscle & Fitness hers
I picked up this magazine for the ride up to my parents and I liked it. It has challenging workout routines, good protein powder recipes and a very interesting article on good fats. I am looking into supplementing with glutamine, branched chained amino acids (BCAAs) and maybe CLA and fish oil instead of omega 3s. Any use these?
