Dear Diary,

I slipped up today and had an afternoon chocolate bar.  I was feeling hungry despite all the food so maybe tomorrow I’ll bring an extra sandwich.  Can’t hurt to have 2 lunches of roast beef on whole wheat.  I biked, took the stairs many times, did the workout below and otherwise ate my usual fare, except for dinner had a chicken burrito again.  I met a university friend for a movie (Up! It was great!) and needed something filling and quick.

Breakfast: 2 eggs, oatmeal, flaxseed, wheat germ, strawberries, coffee

Snack: 1/2 avocado, some olives, some veggies

Lunch: Roast beef on whole wheat, olives

Snack: 1/2 avocado, some olives, some veggies

Dinner: Chicken burrito

Snack: Protein Shake

Also I love water so drank lots of it (although probably need to drink more now that it’s nearing summer)
