Today I did well for my diet. However, last night my roommate offered to buy me a piece of cake in thanks for a meatloaf I gave to him last week, so I had carrot cake last night and it was good. But it also reminds me to tighten my diet to lose the stomach. I think I might be overtraining a bit because I kinda lost my appetite today and that is not good paired with muscle soreness, so will be taking tomorrow off from training.
I did well for working out today (see below). I did Week 4 Day 2 of the challenges and they are both challenging. I will be doing endurance testing after Week 4 and I’ll report on that. I also looked into a bootcamp. Might try it out for one class with a friend.
Breakfast: 2 eggs, oatmeal, wheatgerm, flaxseed, strawberries, coffee, water
Snack: Avocado, 1/2 roast beef sandwich, olives
Lunch: Avocado, olives
Dinner: 2 eggs, 1 pc ancient grains toast, thin slices of ham, water
Snack: Will be a protein shake
Supplements: calcium, multi, Vit B complex, Omega 3, Vit C
