Dear Diary,

I tried the leg workout but didn’t print it out so I went off memory and didn’t do 4-5 sets and did squats instead of lunges, etc.  It took me a bit of time to figure out the leg curl machine so I don’t remember what weight I used.  But I don’t feel sore (yet).  It worries me! 

I didn’t get in the full 30min on the elliptical but I did go for a 1 hr walk this afternoon.  I ate well despite not having groceries or my cooler. 

Breakfast: Oatmeal, flaxseed, wheat germ, coffee, one egg

Snack: 1/2 whole grain/seeds bagel with one packet light cream cheese and tomato

Lunch: Chicken eggplant stirfry on white rice (I know, but I didn’t join the clean plate club)

Snack: Protiein shake

Dinner:?  Salad and roast chicken?
