Dear Diary,

Today was another good day.  It rained so didn’t bike…took the stairs about 3 or 4 times but did take the elevator twice – right knee was pinching.  Ate well too!  Even went to a mall and wasn’t craving fast food.  Going camping with my bf this weekend so won’t be able to post until Sunday.  Going to try better with the camping food this time.  I’m not taking alcohol.  Oatmeal, eggs, lean burgers, strawberries, blueberries, potatoes, asparagus, diet pepsi, whole wheat buns, chocolate covered peanuts.

I got a pedometer today to see how far and fast I run.  Am thinking about doing a 5km walk/run marathon in September so need to gauge if I can do it!

Breakfast: 2 eggs, oatmeal, wheatgerm, ground flaxseed, coffee, strawberries

AM Snack: roast beef, avocado, nectarine

Lunch: same as above snack

Dinner: protein shake with strawberries
