Dear Diary,

Today was a good day except for the chocolate bar.  I forgot to bring food this AM to work.  My excuse was I was exhausted after driving for about 6 hr to get home after camping.  I picked up chicken eggplant stirfry and a dietp pepsi for lunch. 

I am revving up my workout in lieu of going on that 5km marathon this fall.  I did the workout below at lunch and amped up the interval level on the elliptical.

I also played my first squash game!  45min flew by and I was sweatin’ but having fun.  Will be a Monday night thing with my new workbuddy Andy.

OH!  I hadn’t seen my bf in about 3 weeks and when he saw me he said my arms looked toned (I got little pipes!) and my hips/thighs looked leaner.  So getting muscled and losing fat, even though scale is steady!

Breakfast: oatmeal, wheatgerm, ground flaxseed, blueberries, 2 eggs, coffee, water

Snack: Sweet Marie!

Lunch: chicken eggplant stirfry on white rice from Thai Express

Snack: Protein shake

Dinner: 1.5 hamburger with hot peppers and asparagus

Snack: choc froz yogurt!
