This is from the latest Oxygen Magazine, July 2009:

150min of exercise per week (30min 5 days a week) to maintain weight and/or slight weight loss.

250-300min of exercise per week (50-60min 5 days a week) for weight loss.

I am proof that 250-300min of exercise a week paired with healthy eating does take the weight off!
