I went to my family’s last night and today for Canada Day. I stayed active but ate some McDonalds today! Yesterday was a good day, I did the workout below. Today I ran 2 laps, swam and toured a zoo for 1hr then napped for 2 hours!
Breakfast: The usual
Snack: Protein bar
Lunch: Protein bar
Dinner: lasagna, garlic bread, salad
Snack: potatoe chips
Lunch: Lasagna, banaa
Dinner: McD’s chicken sandwich, fries, diet coke
Snack: Apple and chocolate milk
