Eating Eggs for Breakfast Helps you Lose More Weight on your Diet!
The study Egg breakfast enhances weight loss in the International Journal of Obesity (2008) vol. 32, page 1545–1551, shows that if you eat eggs for breakfast while following a weight loss program of healthy eating and exercise, you will lose more weight.
The conclusions were:
“The egg breakfast enhances weight loss, when combined with an energy-deficit diet, but does not induce weight loss in a free-living condition. The inclusion of eggs in a weight management program may offer a nutritious supplement to enhance weight loss.”
