Megan Fox Transformers Workout

Megan Fox is fascinating to look at – and this is coming from a very straight girl.  Although I think it’s more her face and hair (let’s not talk about the plastic surgery…go to at  for that!).  This is how she got into shape for the first Transformers movie.


  • Planks, ab routine, 30min stationary bike, using the Hybrid workout approachmegan fox 2


  • Fruits and veggies, limited grains (big no-no on the Eat Clean Diet!), healthy lean protein, good fats
