Megan Fox Transformers Workout

Megan Fox is fascinating to look at – and this is coming from a very straight girl.  Although I think it’s more her face and hair (let’s not talk about the plastic surgery…go to thekingbitch.wordpress.com at  for that!).  This is how she got into shape for the first Transformers movie.

Workout

  • Planks, ab routine, 30min stationary bike, using the Hybrid workout approachmegan fox 2

Diet

  • Fruits and veggies, limited grains (big no-no on the Eat Clean Diet!), healthy lean protein, good fats
