Update on the butt workout…

So for the last 2-3 weeks I’ve been doing the butt workout, and everyday after the workout I am sore, and especially the deep down butt muscles!  I do the following exercises split over 2 days a week…mix and match!

Bench Step Up: 15lbs, 10X each leg

Dead Lift: 15lbs, 15x

Lunge: 15lbs, 15x each leg

Squat: 15lbs, 15x

Leg Extensions: 70lbs, 15x

Leg Press (single leg): 95lbs, 15x each leg

Leg Press (both legs): 195;bs, 15x

Leg Curl: 60lbs, 8x

Calf Raises: 30lbs, 30x each leg
