August Oxygen Magazine is on stands!
Seems like only yesterday I got last month’s issue. Lindsay Messina is on the cover and from a previous post you might remember that I love her arms. Well, her whole body is great. LINDSAY MESSINA’S EGG WHITE FRITTATA
• 12 egg whites
• 1/2 onion
• Pre-cooked bell peppers, sweet potato, asparagus, string beans (“Big time saver…cook a bunch of vegetables ahead of time and store them in the fridge,” she says.)
• Pre-cooked chicken breast (optional)
• Black pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix all ingredients into a bowl. Using a non-stick muffin pan, fill each well 3/4-full with the mixture. Bake until golden brown or until it passes the fork test – if the fork comes out dry, you’re done! Enjoy warm or cold – it’s a great snack, too!
