Toilet is not working right so have to keep the post short. I biked today, ran 3km in 22min before work and ate well! Went to the gym at lunch.
Breakfast: 3 eggs, oatmeal, wheatgerm, ground flaxssed, blueberries, lemon water, coffee
Snack: celery and strawberries, 1/2 avocado
Lunch: chicken veggie stirfry
Snack: protein shake
