Today I took a rest day. Well, an active rest day because I biked to work and took the stairs twice. I thought I’d take a rest day since yesterday I ran 3km, biked to work and worked out at lunch. I think I need to take more rest days so that I can get better sleeps and recover, aka build muscle. So I took a rest day.
I also got Aunt Urma, for you IT Crowd fans. Peachy. Well, at least that explains my ridiculous cravings a week ago. Hopefully those 2 extra pounds will go away as well.
Also West Jet and Air Canada is having a seat sale for Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal, $9. I picked up a roundtrip to Montreal.
I ate ok…had a small bag of chips while hanging out with a friend in town, and a piece of nut cake after dinner. Otherwise I ate the usual, although not enough water.
Lunch: strawberries, diet coke, chips
Dinner: roast chicken with salad, feta cheese, nut cake
UPDATE: I COULDN’T NOT WORKOUT, ESPECIALLY AFTER THE CAKE. WENT FOR A 2KM RUN..WITH CRAMPS.
