I took a rest day today – slept in and had a big nap in the afternoon. I drank last night, light beer and some wine. Felt it this morning! Along with a side of guilt. I did eat alright today.
Breakfast: mixed berries, scrambled eggs, ham,
Lunch: Greek food, rice, potatoes, chicken, salad
Snack: sting cheese, mixed berries, choc milk
I can still feel the workout in my arms, chest and back from yesterday!
