Bad Digestion? Bloated? Gas? Or Worse?

I read this article today titled “10 Foods Tough to Digest“.  These foods may make you feel like crap, bloaty, gassy, give you the runs, etc.  Some I avoid, some I love.  Some you just can’t have when you want to lose some pounds. 

  1. Fried foods
  2. Spicy foods
  3. Chocolate (gasp!)
  4. Citrus juicies
  5. Mashed potatoes
  6. Raw onion
  7. Ice cream
  8. Broccoli and raw cabbage
  9. Beans
  10. Sugar free gum

I did know that sugar can cause lots of digestion problems, so I try to avoid it.  I do want to take a couple of sprigs of broccoli to work, because it’s such a super food, and you can build up tolerance to a high fiber diet, gradually.  Who knew that beans would be on it???  JK.
