August 11, 2009

Today I got my period and was very crampy, so ate light until I got home.  Went to the gym, good time, eased the cramps.  Made teriyaki/sweet garlic lean italian meatballs with brown rice for lunch. Mmmm!

quachIf I seem a little down it’s because my bf JT has left for another city over 20hr away for college.  6 weeks apart!  Ugh!  Peep is left without the Quack.

 

 

Breakfast: wheat germ, oatmeal, berries, watepeepr

Snack: The Zone protein bar

Before workout: The Zone bar

Lunch: 2 meatballs, brown rice

Dinner: 5 meatballs, sm. caesar salad, berres, apple
