  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, fresh
  • 1/4 cup(s) milk, lowfat (1%)
  • 2 drop(s) hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper, white, ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder wheat
  • 1/2 cup(s) cornflake crumbs, or regular bread crumbs (Why not try wheat germ???)
  • 1 tablespoon oil, vegetable
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

  1. Preheat oven to 475 degrees F.
  2. Wipe fillets with lemon juice and pat dry.
  3. Combine milk, hot pepper sauce, and garlic.
