I am in the midst of midterms and am sick, so that is why I haven’t been posting. Sorry!
I did go to the gym on Thursday and on suggestion from my nutritionist/trainer, he said to up the weights significantly. 40lbs dumbbell single arm back row – check! 25lbs dumbbell curl – check! “All you need to manage is 4 reps!” Check!
Felt sore the next day, but hello muscles! (Ok, maybe in a few weeks!)
