Sweet Jebus this is a lot of tips so I’m not even going to try to list them all.

As I read through the 100 tips over the course of probably many days I will post ones I think are interesting or I’ve never heard before.
Use dumbbells, barbells, and machines—in that order. “The smaller, stabilizer muscles you use with dumbbells fatigue before your larger muscle groups,”If you don’t like an exercise, start doing it. “You’re probably avoiding it because you’re weak at it,”
