Workout and Diet Plan

Women’s health has a good workout and diet plan.  I looked it all over and the training is similar to the workout weightloss plan in Oxygen’s Fat Loss special from this year.  Strength training, cardio and breaks.

The diet looks good, filling, 3 meals, 3 snacks, diversity etc. etc.  It’s all here – take a look!

This site provides online calorie counters, BMI calculators and diet plans to help you lose weight. This site keeps you on track with your food and has been proven a vital tool in my diet.
