The Big Book of Exercises for Women

Women’s Health has come out with  The Big Book of Exercises for Women.  They’ve posted a few of the exercises here.  They include:

  • Mountain climber on stability ball
  • Hips raise (read the reason why….I had no idea!  I always disregarded this exercise b/c I never “felt” the challenge..will put it in the routine now!)
  • Offset dumbell lunge
  • Single-Leg Dumbbell Straight-Leg Deadlift
  • And so on….
