How You Keep Yourself Fat

I’m guilty of many of these….from Men’s Health:

  1. Skipping meals or snacks
  2. Speed eating
  3. Pigging out on weekends
  4. Eating salty snacks
  5. Drinking
  6. Eating in front of the tv then falling asleep

Hmmm…all 6? Check.
