Men’s Health: Gym Snacks

High in protein and convenient!  Eat before and after your workout for extra muscle building…protein to your muscles when they need it.

  1. Chicken, tuna, turkey (from a can) with a piece of bread or wrap
  2. Hard boiled eggs
  3. Chocolate milk
  4. Whey powder (just add water!)
  5. Greek yogurt
