New Years Resolution
Most people’s new year’s resolution includes getting into shape, or at least losing the few pounds put on during the holidays. I’ve put together some helpful links to aid you in reaching your goal. All links open in separate windows!
What kind of dieter are you? – Find out what diet method suits you best given your answers to the questions.
Diets A to Z – A summary of all the popular diets. Find one that suits you.
Join a weight loss challenge – Dr. Oz is lauching such a tool, read about it here.
Weight Loss Tips – Check these out and remember them.
Pick a fitness goal – My resolution is to run another 5Km race. Pick a goal. It can be a Try-a-Triathalon (a shorter version of a triathlon, you can “try it”), a 5Km walk/run, a bike, a hike up a (small) mountain, or to fit into a bikini for a trip!
Recipes and Meal Plans – I use the Eat Clean diet workout books, recipes and guide because it’s so simple and not expensive. You use real whole foods and work out. No gimicks.
