Not Seeing Results?

Ouch!  This is tough love from a trainer.  It’s true though, and I’m guilty of some.  I love reading a mag at the gym, or following tv, but I do sweat and lift heavy weights.  And I do treat myself lol.  Click here for the full answer.

Q: I’ve been lifting weights and running on the treadmill three times a week for two months. I’m sleeping better and have more energy, but I haven’t lost any weight and I don’t see any muscle gain. Can you tell me what I’m doing wrong?

1. Pump up the cardio
2. Forget the pink dumbbells
3. Analyze your intake
