Jennifer Aniston’s New Diet and Workout

She used to do pilates everyday and cardio (running or cardio machine) but she’s switched to something called a Pilates Mega Former to save time in the gym on her busy days.  Apparently she’s lost more weight and toned up.  Well, I don’t know where the weight came off of, but she does look amazing.  Nice arms and abs.

She also gave up her nightly glass of wine for a vodka (only) with lemon juice.  4 small high protein meals.  Not sure the diet is diffrerent except for a switch in drinks!

But what is a Pilates Mega Former? I googled it an only articles about Jennifer came up!  So no one knows, just that Jen has switched up her workout!  Tell me if you’ve heard of it.
