Dear Diary,

Today was a good day.  Hard work at the gym, no bike to work (had a lock cut off  yesterday, thank god I had a second U-lock on) and ate well.  Weighed myself this morning and just shy of 160lbs.  Need to drink more water….feel dehydrated.

Breakfast: the usual, omega 3 capsule

Snack: The Zone bar, blueberries

Lunch: chicken eggplant veggie stirfry on white rice

Dinner: roast chicken, feta-stuffed jalapeno, 2 pc havarti, mixed berries salad, chocolate milk

Snack: protein shake
