8 Foods To Pack On Muscle

Men’s Health is very straight forward with what you need to do to build muscle.  Oxygen Magazine had an interesting article a few years ago about how to lose weight like a man.  It was funny how men can and will just do what you are supposed to.  More exercise – shoot some hoops.  Eat better – cut out the fast food and junk food.  Build muscle – up the reps and the weight.  I wish I had that determination!
