The good stuff: brown rice, no mirin, and nori (the seaweed).

Nori can:

  • Help reduce chances of developing Type 2 diabetes (which can be brought on by white rice and mirin)
  • High in Vit. A and C
  • Help reduce cholesterol
  • High in magnesium
