Few Kids Get Enough Exercise by Playing Sports, Study Finds

“…a U.S. study that found only a quarter of children in organized sports were getting sufficient daily physical activity during practices. In the U.S., guidelines recommend at least an hour a day of moderate to vigorous exercise for children; in Canada it’s 90 minutes.”
