I say this movie and it was great. It’s a regular guy that wants to look like the guys in the ads…you know, the ones for muscle building weight loss miracles. This is his own documentary of him doing that. It’s quite shocking how he can do it, and how normal people (that aren’t into serious fitness competitions) should not think that we get attain or maintain that level of fitness. Hell, not even the competitors can maintain that when they aren’t training for a show. And he shows this at the end of the movie! And yes, the pic above is him! He also has interviews you can google.
Check it out here.
Note: I did not post this movie…only provided to links where someone else did!
Simplified, from Eggs.ca:
- 4 hot, large baked potatoes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- ½ cup shredded Cheddar or Gruyere cheese (125 mL)
- 8 eggs
- Finely chopped fresh parsley or chives, for garnish
- Freshly ground pepper, to taste
Cut potato in half lengthwise. Scoop out about half of the pulp from each potato half. Reserve potato flesh for another use. Remove a thin slice of potato from the bottom to stabilize the potato, if necessary. Set potato shells in a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle each cavity with salt, pepper and 1 tbsp (15 mL) cheese. Break an egg into each cavity.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 15 to 20 minutes or until eggs are cooked as desired. Sprinkle with parsley and pepper. Serve immediately.

Women’s health has a good workout and diet plan. I looked it all over and the training is similar to the workout weightloss plan in Oxygen’s Fat Loss special from this year. Strength training, cardio and breaks.
The diet looks good, filling, 3 meals, 3 snacks, diversity etc. etc. It’s all here – take a look!
Oxygen’s Fat Loss issue is out on stands. I am going to try the at-home workout plan. 3 days of circuit plus some cardio. I need to lose a few pounds I put on over winter…
I went snowboarding this weekend at Blue Mountain…and broke my ass. So I might have to wait a few days for my tailbone to feel normal before working out. Bright side is that the sidewalks are clear so maybe I can start running!
